Student Document Verification

The Examinations Department, Symbiosis Skills and Professional University (SSPU), provides verification services for academic documents to Universities, Educational Institutions, Employers, Government Organizations, Embassies, and authorized Verification Agencies.

Verification requests are processed only after receipt of a complete application, the prescribed verification fee, and all required supporting documents.

Embassies / Consulates
Authorized Background Verification Agencies

Diploma Certificate
Grade Card / Marksheet
Transcript
Provisional Degree Certificate
Other academic documents issued by Examination Department -SSPU

How to Apply?

Complete the Online Student Verification Request Form.
Upload the required supporting documents.
Pay the prescribed verification fee online.
Submit the application through the SSPU website or email id.

Processing Time

Verification requests are normally processed within 7 working days from the date of receipt of a complete application, including payment and all required documents.

Important Instructions

Verification requests must be submitted through the official online form or an official organizational email ID.
Verification reports will be issued only to authorized organizations.
Requests from unauthorized individuals will not be entertained.
Incomplete applications or applications without supporting documents or payment proof will not be processed.
No verification will be provided over telephone or through verbal communication.
The University reserves the right to seek additional information or documents before processing a request.

Verification Fee

₹1,500/- per candidate per document.

The fee must be paid online through the prescribed payment gateway. The payment receipt should be uploaded while submitting the online verification request. Applications received without the prescribed fee will not be processed.
