Program Outcomes:
After completion of the program, the student should be able to:
- Finding and applying different sources of information such as public statistics, annual reports, customer and market data as well as research data.
- Choosing relevant models and methods for use in the organization’s internal strategy work, including planning, facilitating, implementing, and evaluating strategy processes.
- Making analytical use of theoretical models and tools in work on practical issues in his / her respective organization.
- Presenting and discussing professional issues and analyses with employees, fellow managers, and other parties he/she cooperates with.
Skill Development:
During the course, the students are assigned tasks to learn different management courses by analyzing case studies, and problem statements, and participating in group discussions and presentations. The continuous assessment helps the students in self-evaluation and self-development, mentored by expert faculty with both academic excellence and industry exposure. The course curriculum is framed with the inputs of experts from the industry to include all current issues in the different industries for the students to gain complete specialized managerial skills and their utilization. This enables the students to enhance their employability and supports them to become an entrepreneur. The industry experts are invited to deliver experience-sharing lectures and panel discussions for the benefit of our students.
Teaching Learning Procedure:
The innovative teaching-learning offers executive MBA students a chance to build a remarkable career and gain relevant experience related to the domain where they are working. Students are given experiential learning situations to work on and imparted on-the-job training during the study period. They are facilitated by the Industry Mentors and the Faculty Mentors for their reports, submissions, recommendations, and end-of-term project reports.

Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University
- Two Years Post-Graduation Diploma in Management approved by AICTE in the case of lateral entry.

Evaluation Procedure:
- The Evaluation Scheme includes Formative Evaluation and Summative Evaluation
- The questions formulated are based on the program/course objectives.
- The questions are designed to test students’ knowledge, and comprehension through factual and textual questions, application/analysis/synthesis/evaluation (based on Bloom’s Taxonomy) based questions.
- The student’s views, opinions, power of expression, clarity of thought, application of knowledge, and analytical ability.
Formative Evaluation– The students have to submit Assignments for all the courses. As a compulsory academic component of the curriculum, students are required to submit assessments in the form of Internal Assignments. The Formative Evaluation implemented is as follows: Assessment in the form of Unit Tests, Quizzes, or Examinations, course wise of 30 marks with 50% passing.
Summative Evaluation– The students attend the exams at the end of the semester. These exams are taken course-wise separately. Summative evaluations are of 70 marks with 50% passing.
Project Report– A student has to submit a project report as per the program requirement.
