Profile:

Prof. Maneetkumar R. Dhanvijay has 24 years of experience in academics. He has worked as the M. Tech [Mechatronics] program co-ordinator at College of Engineering Pune [COEP] for 10 years in which he successfully steered the program for NBA accreditation. He worked as NAAC Steering Committee Member at COEP in 2021-22. He has worked in many committees at university level. He has guided M.Tech students for WorldSkills competition, projects and dissertation works.

He has 21 publications in reputed international journals and conferences published by IEEE Xplore, ASME. He has worked as Reviewer for scholarly international journal, IEI Series C Journal. He has participated in more than 20 faculty development program and online courses conducted by NPTEL and ATAL.

He is life member of Indian Society of Technical Education and Institution of Engineers (India).

His area of interest includes Mechatronics System Design, Non-conventional machining, and MEMS.

Mr Ganesh Lohar has more than 25 years of experience in Academics and Industry. In his academic career, he has worked with Mumbai University for 11 years and Shri Savitribai Phule Pune University for 8 years, served as assistant Professor and HOD.  On his name, there are 12 Research papers and 03 Text Books Publications. Board of Studies Member Mechatronics Engineering, Syllabus and curriculum Design for Diploma, Degree and certificate courses, Skill and Project based learning, Hybrid and Electric vehicles, Embedded systems and RTOS are some areas his expertise.

He worked with SKF Bearings India Ltd. Bajaj Auto Ltd, Pune with contribution in Electrical & Electronics maintenance, PLC programming,  design and development of test jigs, repair and maintenance of AC/DC drives and motors, etc.

Mrs. Jahida Subhedar has 15 years of experience in Academics and Research. She has successfully completed more than 25 FDP’s, Certification courses and workshops conducted by IIT’s, ATAL ACADEMY and NPTEL/COURSERA on AI/ML/python/image processing/Electronics domain.

She has completed training programs by PRASARBHARATI (National Academy of Broadcasting and multimedia), PHASE-1 induction training programme by NITTR- Bhopal, and National Certificate in Modular employability skills in the sector of Information and Communication Technology. She has handled the administrative responsibilities of controller of examination, paper setter for MSBTE exams. Coordinator for various activities like syllabus development, short term course on PLC programming. She is SPOC for NPTEL local chapter SSPU.

Dr. Hrushikesh B. Kulkarni 14 years of experience in Academics and Research. In his academic career, he shouldered many responsibilities of Coordinator for Higher studies and carries counselling, Examinations like UG, PG, UGC (SET-NET), skill courses, and national competitions like E-yantra, Innovation, and Convener of faculty and students development program at Institute/University level.

  • Dr. Bharati has 22 years of experience in Academics and Industry. In her academic career, she has worked as HOD and Dean Admin in her previous institute under Pune University. Mrs. Megha Patil has 11 years of experience in Academics and Research. She worked as a NAAC Steering Committee member for Criteria VII SPPU affiliated Institute in 2018. In her academic career, she shouldered many responsibilities of Coordinator for NIRF, NBA, Higher studies and carrier counseling, and national competition coordinator for students at the Institute level.

She has successfully completed the NPTEL Certification course on “Python for Data Science”, and also completed training on Arduino and Scilab offered by the spoken tutorial project, IIT Bombay. She attended various syllabus settings and revised syllabus faculty orientation workshops at Savitribai Phule Pune University. Dr. Gaurav Kumar has more than 4 years of experience in Academics and Research. Dr. Kumar has published several papers in both SCOPUS and SCIE-indexed journals on topics such as friction stir welded joints, biofuel emissions, and solar energy applications. His publications have received over 100 citations till date. He has also presented his research at various conferences and symposiums. His research interests include strength of materials, friction stir welding, fractography, microstructural analysis, mechatronics, and robotics. He is proficient in Python programming language, as well as software such as Solidworks, PTC Creo, Mathematica, OriginPlot, MATLAB, and Latex.

Dr. Pragya Saxena has more than 5 years of experience in Academics and research. She has worked as a Visiting Faculty in Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Pune for four B.Tech. semesters in the Mechanical Engineering Department and in Robotics and Automation Department, from 2019 to 2024. Earlier, she has worked as an Assistant Professor in S.R. Group of Institutions, Gautam Buddha Technical University, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India from 2015 to 2018.

Her research interests include – Composite materials fabrication and their evaluation, friction stir processing, wear and microstructural analysis of metals, sensor data analysis using machine learning techniques, etc. She has authored six Scopus indexed journal papers and one book chapter published till date.
