The School of Construction Engineering & Infrastructure Management is driven by a strong commitment to hands-on learning, industry-oriented training, and academic excellence, with the objective of transforming the construction and infrastructure management ecosystem in India. Our mission is to develop globally competent professionals capable of performing effectively in dynamic and challenging industry environments by integrating corporate practices, advanced technologies, and contemporary management knowledge.
The School is supported by state-of-the-art Skill Centers, a fully equipped Construction Yard, advanced Computer Laboratories with industry-relevant software, and a well-resourced library complemented by a comprehensive digital knowledge database. Strong national and international industry linkages, executive interactions, and experiential learning opportunities ensure focused attention and holistic development of every student under the guidance of dedicated and experienced faculty members.
In addition to regular academic programs, the School offers a Work Integrated Program for working professionals. This program enables industry practitioners to enhance their technical, managerial, and leadership competencies while continuing their professional careers, effectively bridging academic learning with real-world applications to address contemporary challenges in the construction and infrastructure sectors.

The curriculum integrates emerging and contemporary domains such as Digitalization in Construction, Energy Efficiency and Sustainability, Construction Logistics, Strategic Cost Management, and Inventory Management. The teaching pedagogy follows a 70% practical and 30% theory-based approach, ensuring experiential, application-driven learning through site-based training, laboratory work, simulations, live projects, case studies, and industry interactions. Through structured mentoring, industry exposure, and practice-oriented learning, we equip students and working professionals with a competitive edge, empowering them to excel as future leaders in construction and infrastructure management.
Additionally, the program structure of the School of Construction Engineering & Infrastructure Management incorporates mandatory industry exposure through yearly internships, culminating in an intensive six-month internship in the eighth semester of the degree program. This structured internship framework ensures sustained practical learning, real-time industry engagement, and a seamless transition from academic training to professional practice.
