Hello everyone, I am Nutritionist Eesha Vahikar I am currently pursuing my MSc in Nutritional Science and Dietitics from Symbiosis Skills and Professional University, formerly known as SSPU. I Graduated my BSc in Beauty and Wellness from the same college and it gives me immense pleasure to say this that my college has helped me a lot in developing various skill sets! Due to the pandemic me and my colleague started a Nutrition Start-up known as Nutrizestwellness. Our motive is to help people create a healthy mind and body by giving special attention to their personalized diet plans, their exercise regime and a good mental health by providing holistic approach of wellness, yoga, core body workouts and innovative diet plans. We developed this skill set from Symbiosis skills and Professional university were we had 70% practical approach and 30% theory so that we are ready for the coorporate as well as the business world! I would like to thank honourable Chancellor Dr Swati Mujumdar for developing such a skills university which prepares us to face the challenges of the coorporate and business world. I would also thank my mentors Mrs Ruchu Kuthiala and Dr Meesha Deshpande ma’am for helping us for my BSc as well as now for MSc Thank you
