The Placement Cell of Symbiosis Skills & Professional University (SSPU) is honoured of hosting Mr. Swapnil Mane, Senior HR at Rubix Data Science, for an enriching session in our auditorium from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Monday , 25 August 2025 for the students of Fintech and Data Science. The event witnessed participation from more than 250 students, reflecting the curiosity and eagerness to learn directly from an industry expert.

Mr. Mane shared valuable insights on the evolving role of Human Resources, employability skills, and the importance of adaptability in today’s corporate world. He highlighted how organizations seek not just technical skills but the right attitude, problem-solving approach, and continuous learning mindset from young professionals.

The session was highly interactive, with students participating actively in the Q&A round, seeking guidance on career preparation and interview readiness. His approachable style and practical advice made the entire session engaging and impactful.
