The candidate is required to pay academic fees for 1st year and other applicable fees in full at the time of admission.

If a candidate fails to pay fees within the timeline specified by the University, he/she will lose his/her claim for admission.

Note: No donation or capitation fee is accepted for admission to any program of the SSPU. Students are cautioned against falling prey to any such assurance/offer by any individual or agent.

Refund of Academic Fees for all Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programmes (Except MBA)

Students seeking cancellation of admission and withdrawal from the programme on or before 10th July 2026 shall be eligible for a refund of 100% academic fees paid, after deduction of Rs. 2,000/- towards a processing fee. No refund of academic fees shall be admissible for applications for cancellation received on or after 15th August 2026.

Refund of Academic Fees for PG (MBA) Programme

Students seeking cancellation of admission and withdrawal from the MBA programme on or before 30th June 2026 shall be eligible for a refund of 100% academic fees paid, after deduction of Rs. 5,000/- towards a processing fee.

No refund of academic fees shall be admissible for cancellation requests received after 1st August 2026.

Non-Refundability of Hostel Fees

Students are hereby informed that hostel fees paid shall be non-refundable under any circumstances.
