A candidate with 50% marks in Bachelor of Planning/ Architecture/ Civil Engineering/ Structural Engineering/ Construction Technology/ Construction Management/Environmental Science/Environmental Engineering/ Computer Science/Infrastructure Planning & Management from a recognized statutory institute or any other recognized by the Institute of Town Planners India, New Delhi.

A candidate with 50% marks in Master of Geography/ Economics/ Sociology/ Social Work/ Population Studies/ Development Studies/ Geo Informatics/Mathematics/ Econometrics/ Statistics/ Operation Research/ Public Administration/ Management/ Governance/ Public Policy from a recognized statutory institute or any other recognized by the Institute of Town Planners India, New Delhi.
