Research with International Universities and International Research Collaborations

Saint Benedict Saint John's University
Symbiosis Skills and Professional University collaborated with the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University (CSBSJU), Minnesota, to conduct a Global Classroom initiative for their Supply Chain Management students. As part of this international academic exchange, students from both universities were grouped into mixed teams to encourage cross-cultural collaboration and shared learning. The program was guided by faculty from both institutions and comprised five in-depth virtual sessions. Each group was assigned a project in the domain of Global Supply Chain Management, focusing on topics such as lean manufacturing, green supply chain practices, warehouse operations in public and private sectors, and strategies to enhance efficiency and innovation in manufacturing. Other areas of exploration included sustainable practices, the impact of supply chain disruptions, standardization, inventory management, Just-in-Time systems, real-time forecasting, procurement strategies, and Industry 4.0. Students jointly conducted research, gathered data from both the USA and India, and successfully completed their projects by integrating global perspectives and practical insights.
