I greatly appreciate the two-month internship opportunity provided by the college, which allows us to step beyond the classroom and experience real-world professional practice. This exposure helps us understand project workflows and apply our academic learning effectively in ongoing studio work.

Graduating high school I needed a course that’ll help me excel in my creative pursuits. And that’s why one of my favorite things about my department is how we learn by doing and this made sure that I learned how to express my creative thoughts and ideas not just architecturally but also in other forms that I like and learning concepts such as abstraction or deconstructionism helped me not just use it in architecture but in music , fashion and cinema to an extent. Another thing that I like about my college is the yearly internship and this gives me the opportunity to practice what I’ve been learning throughout the semester and directly involving myself in the professional world teach me how things actually work and see how the professionals actually do it and I’ve been interning since my first year and every year I’ve been becoming more industry ready. This gives me the confidence so that when I graduate I can be confident about my skills and make sure that it’s not just book knowledge but it’s practical knowledge.
