Our Curriculum covers 70% Practical and 30% Theory. We have continuous assessment techniques that we follow to evaluate the progress of every student. Retail Project Reports, Market Visits, Group Discussion, Individual Projects, and Viva, Assignments, Case Study, Group Presentations, Outdoor activities, Marketing events, Mock Launch, Product innovations, Strategic planning are assigned to students as part of the Practical learning and Skill Development. We also have Inter-Disciplinary Training Classes wherein the students are groomed to become professionals and adapt themselves from ‘CAMPUS to CORPORATE’.
As an integral part of the Course Curriculum, our students undergo yearly internship at retail establishments and companies wherein they are exposed to the corporate culture and work ethics. The students are given problem statements to work upon and imparted on-the-job training during this period and are evaluated by the Industry Mentors and the Faculty Mentor for their daily reports, submissions, recommendations, and end of term project reports.
