Skilling & Re-skilling
Today’s youth may possess exuberance but must combine it with skills to make a great living. Our skill courses are programs that not only help a recent graduate or a youth with minimum education to become employable but also upgrade skilsl of a working professional. With the advent of new age technology and changing customer demands, every enterprise is expected to be a learning organization. Its resources including its staff are required to be abreast of the most contemporary process, technology, approach, system or a skill. Hence Re-skilling and up-skilling have become integral part of a working professional to keep himself or his employer up to the speed of the time.
SOES has identified this need right at the beginning. Its skill training institutions including Symbiosis Skill Universities have identified skilling and re-skilling needs in many sectors with the help of its industry partners.
