Brief Description of the Club

The Dance Club is a vibrant platform that encourages students to engage in extracurricular activities through the art of dance. The club aims to promote creativity, confidence, teamwork, and cultural expression among students. It regularly conducts dance workshops, practice sessions, and training in various dance forms such as classical, contemporary, hip-hop, and more. The team consists of dancers from diverse genres, bringing versatility and creativity to the club. Members actively participate in university events, organize performances, and represent Symbiosis Skills and Professional University at various competitions and platforms. The club provides students with opportunities to showcase their talent, stay active, and build a strong sense of community through dance.

Major Activities / Events Conducted

The Dance Club has actively participated in and contributed to several major events organized by the university. The team successfully performed flash mobs during Saksham, generating high energy and strong audience engagement. Club members also performed at Pune’s First Council Meet, organized by Symbiosis Skills and Professional University, representing the institution with great enthusiasm and professionalism.

In addition, the team secured 2nd place in the Saksham Dance Competition, reflecting their dedication, coordination, and talent. The club has also performed at numerous university conferences and formal events, where students opened the programs with vibrant classical dance performances, setting a graceful and impactful tone.
