BBA programme at Symbiosis Skills and Professional University, Pune, has been designed for learners who want to gain a distinct advantage in terms of knowledge and skills for their future growth and development. Evaluation Procedure:
- The Evaluation Scheme includes Formative Evaluation and Summative Evaluation
- The questions formulated are based on the program/course objectives.
- The questions are designed to test student’s knowledge, comprehension through factual and textual questions, application/analysis/synthesis/evaluation (based on Blooms Taxonomy) based questions.
- The student’s views, opinions, power of expression, clarity of thought, application of knowledge and analytical ability are tested through ‘subjective questions.
Formative Evaluation- The students have to submit Assignments for all the courses. As a compulsory academic component of curriculum, students are required to submit assessment in the form of Internal Assignments. The Formative Evaluation implemented is as follows – Assessment in the form of Unit Tests, Quizzes or Examination, course wise of 30 marks with 50% passing.
Summative Evaluation- The students attend the exams every end of the semester. These exams are taken course wise separately. Summative evaluations are of 70 marks with 50% passing.
Project Report– A student has to submit a project report as per the program requirement.
